📦 Return & Refund Policy – DailyTaaza

At DailyTaaza, we take pride in delivering freshly prepared, high-quality Ready to Eat and Spice. As our products are perishable and made to order, we do not offer replacements or exchanges. Only Refunds are possible under the conditions below.

🔁 Refund (Applicable Only If)

We provide a refund only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product was damaged or leaked during shipping

  • The product was expired on arrival

In such cases:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

  2. Share clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice.

  3. Once verified, The amount will be credited to the original payment method in 2-3 Working days.

⚠️ Important Notes

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Taste preferences 

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, unless verified and approved by our team
